Fix for: Bypass "Reopen windows when logging back"

I'm not sure if it works for all, but if i use Control + Command + Eject to restart it will not restore windows that were open at that time. This is great, because you can leave the default settings on and just reboot without restoring windows only when you need it.

Maybe someone already posted this.
