FYI - those with battery drain and overheat issue on iOS 14, it is due to your sim card's version. Found out from various Vietnamese news and forums and was able to confirm in my case, the drain/heat issue went away as soon as I removed my sim card. Apparently the one on the left is an old sim version/style, while the right is new. The fix is to ask your network provider to replace the old style sim with the new one, switching to eSIM, or wait for Apple...
