Hi everyone!

I found that I have file Microsoft Office.mdimporter in HD/Library/Spotlight/ folder. I deleted it and now my macbook doesn't overheat, I don't have any more service battery message and spotlight reindexing was done in 10 minutes.
And I think this fixed most of the problems I was having with os x Lion. :)

Edit: I don't have any more problems with time machine either!!

Edit 2: What I did was 1. deleted that file, 2. rebooted, ran command "sudo mdutil -E /" in terminal and 3. rebuilded dyld cache with command "sudo update_dyld_shared_cache -force"
