Is there a fix for the TiVo app available in Cydia? The last version doesn't work for jailbroken devices and I can't get old versions to work.

Use xCon. And FYI, the post right below yours is all about this same type of problem. Discussed many times. When you have a problem with your jailbroken device, 99% of the time someone else has experienced the same issue. Read through some of the threads and you'll save yourself some time. When questions are repeated in new threads, a lot of the veterans here arent quick to help.
Directv is having the same problem. xCon is a tweak in cydia that unblocks apps like TiVo, directtv, MLB, etc. Let me know if you have any other problems. Good luck!
