DYMO LabelWriter hurries to fix printing problem in PANTHER

DYMO labellers are great time savers for printing File Labels, Address Labels, Shipping Labels, and much more. Their recent upgrade for OS X-only DYMO Label Software DSL 6.0 is excellent, and runs well on JAGUAR through 10.2.8.

Unfortunately, my DYMO 330 and DYMO 330 Turbo LabelWriter printers are dead :( in the water while DYMO fixes the problems created by Apple with PANTHER and its new Print Setup Utility. Their goal is to have a fix available for FREE download by November 30 - sort of a late Thanksgiving present.

"We have received a tremendous response on our latest version of DYMO Label Software (DLS) which supports Mac OS 10.2.6. ;)

"We currently do NOT support Mac OS 10.3 PANTHER, however we are working toward releasing a new version of DLS which will include support for Panther OS 10.3 as well as updated support for your Mac Address Book.

"As soon as this version of DLS 6 has been tested and approved it will be available to download for FREE from our web site."

My wife's PowerBook now has Panther that she installed. According to the box it has Aiport Extreme card installed. The PowerBook does not recognize our wireless 2wire. Her plan is to take it to our local Apple Store to see if it will connect there.
