All iPads Fix my iPad 2, or get a new one?

What shall I do. I have an iPad 2 with a broken digitizer for the 2nd time, I can fix again, or I am thinking going on At&t next's plan for a new iPad Air or Mini.

I do not know your situation, but that's a lot cheaper than a brand new one. Also will fixing help resale value versus selling it as is? If you decide to buy a new one.

There's a couple options I am looking at. I don't use my actual phone too often, so I am thinking about using an iPad to replace it if possible. I have been out of the iPad/iPhone loop for quiet some time. I could fix my iPad 2 with AT&T and put it on my families data share plan then I could have service whenever. OR I am thinking about upgrading if I can buy one through AT&T's next with 0 down and so much a month.
