My iPhone 13 pro need replacemnet the new battery. I have check the prices local authorized seller and the new battery coast over 150usd/eur. But if I'm ready to sent the phone to Apple, it is coast only 89usd. Does this price include a new battery?

Yes. That’s the price I paid Apple for a battery replacement.
Apple Authorised Service stores can make their own price. $89 is the Apple Store repair price.
