I have a 7+ with a small crack in the screen. I owe $145 on the phone. Other than the screen, the earpiece speaker doesn't work anymore. I owe $145 on the phone. Should I pay the $60 to replace the screen and trade it in to T-Mobile, or just pay it off, keep the semi-broken phone as a backup (or permanent car phone)? What are your thoughts?

Depends on how big the crack is, if you trade does everything have to work in it in order to get credit?

Whenever I've traded in phones before, they only check for screen damage. Which is all I would fix.
