Update: Ignore, I have solved this

I have the SPAMhound and the SMS Spam Filter apps.

I setup rules to filter messages with certain content.

But when I go to my SMS junk folder, my messages don't filter.

I can't work out why. I know I setup the rules in the apps correctly.

Here are my iOS 13 (latest updates) Messages settings:

turns out the phone I was testing it with was in my contact but no under anyone's name. That's why the filter didn't work.
