Is this still an issue for everyone? I've been waiting....trying the App Store...
The "Featured" page is blank and is just "Loading....." forever.
If I go to Settings and my AppleID and click on it, I get the box for sign out, view appleID, etc..
If I click "view AppleID" is just loads forever and goes nowhere.
My apps with in App purchases can't purchase anything because I can't seem to log in to the appleID login server.
Very frustrated.
Any way to get this to work again or do I just wait for them to fix it?
The update appeared to go smoothly and it LOOKS like pretty much everything is working except for this.
I quit all apps and did a hard reboot.... but REALLY don't want to do a factory reset.

Adding to this.
The issue is on my iPad Air. I can sign in to appleid.apple.com on my mac mini and it shows my ipad is signed in as well. But.... it seems it still can't find it's butt with either hand
FIXED!
After online chat with Apple Support. Had to Settings -> General -> Reset -> reset settings
did not lose any apps, content, or data, but the reset seems to have fixed all of the issues with not being able to connect to App Store, Music Store, and iCoud
Just had to go through all of the settings and rejoin the wifi network, and change some preferences to where I had them. Happy camper now.
