Has anyone had any experience fixing a wireless mighty mouse? There is one for sale near me that works, but apparently left clicking produces a right click in safari and doesn`t register in some other programs (according to the seller). Its only a few dollars presently. Does anyone have any experience fixing one? I have a wired mighty mouse that i could take the top shell from if necessary, and I have some experience taking macs/ipods apart.

Are you/he sure that it's not a software problem? Maybe you could see if it does the same thing on another Mac before figuring out if you need to take it apart.

He probably has the left button set up to "Secondary Button" in Mouse Prefs, or some kind of software problem (mischievous SIMBL plugin?).
I'd go for it. Especially if you have the shell from a wired MM. If it still doesn't work, you can donate it to charity.
