Fixing Bootcamp mess

After trying to load Windows 7 to Bootcamp, it gave me some errors. When it restarted, it first said reboot error. After finding out that I need to hold the alt/option button, it gets me to a load screen that prompts me to pick either Macintosh or Restore. After deciding that I did not want to go through with the bootcamp, I went to partition back to Mac, and it gave me an error screen. Now, any time I restart my computer, I get the messed up reboot error screen or the pick one or the other screen. I just want my computer back to the way it was before. With the regular restart screen and no more Bootcamp partitioning. Please help!
