Flagged Messages in Mail.app Don't Show on iPhone

Anyone have any idea of a setting or anything I may be missing about flagged messages in Mail.app that are all messages which reside within my iCloud account not showing as flagged messages on my iPhone running iOS 6.1.3?

I have turned off Mail for iCloud in system prefs and re-enabled it in the hopes this might fix. It did not.

I am on 10.8.3.

Suggestions? Ideas?
