BannerZest (+/- Pro) is easy to use with quite a few themes.

Everything is wrong with Flash banners which is why Click to Flash is so popular. It turns them off.
I like many others have a capped internet service ~ @ NZ$85 per month for 3GBs I'm not spending my hard earned cash downloading flash banners / adverts.
