Flash EXEs

I have downloaded a game (Half-Life 2D) which is written in Flash, but it's distributed as an .exe file. I've tried dragging it onto Flash Player, but it doesn't do anything. Any suggestions?

I don't think there is anything you can do with it, it's now a Windows application, AFAIK there is no way to extract the flash file from the exe.

I thought the .exe was just a bundle of the Windows player plus the actual Flash file? Surely you'll be able to extract the actual Flash content from it? You can with, say, a self-extracting zip, just drag the .exe onto StuffIt Expander and it will unzip it.

I'll email Macromedia, which will probably be fruitless, but it's worth a shot.
