Ok I took a video on my video camera and imported it into iMovie. Then exported it as a full quality DV movie and it is at 29.97 fps. I wanted to add some effects to the movie so I imported it into Flash with the Flash Document at 30 fps also. But when I play the video in flash it plays very slow but it the plays regular after I export to a Quicktime video. My animations in Flash are at regular speed on this slow video so when I export it, the video runs a normal 30 fps but the animations are super fast and end too quick. How do i fix this?

Hi, it's been some time since I've watched this but try this link for the free info http://www.freeflashtutorials.com/ I think it goes over settings that would be related to your question. Since I'm not at my iMac now to see what I set my animations at in flash this is the best I could do for ya ;) Hope it helps but if not I'll get back to you sometime tomorrow after double checking in my Flash Bible :D
