Flash get software help!!! (dl movie and mp3)

hi,

my friend suggested me to get the flashget software to download movie or mp3. however, when i do a search, it is a exe file. I wondered if anyone know about this software and where to download them? and is there a similar software for the MAc? thanks

I don't know what flashget is, but if you're after a download manager program, you could do a lot worse than iGetter.
