Flash Issues with Lion

Is anyone having issues with Flash after upgrading to Lion 10.7.1? I upgraded my 2008 and 2011 MBP's and they now have horrible Flash performance. I cannot play any YouTube videos or any other Internet video. They start then freeze for 3-5 minutes. When they do play, they stutter every 1-2 seconds. I have a very fast Internet connection and this is not the issue. Any recommendations for fixing or is this a Lion thing? I even tried changing my DNS settings which did not help.

If you have not done so, make sure that you are using flash beta version 11.

Flash ?

As far as my info.---flash player is dead----no good for playing almost anything.
You need to find some other way.
Maybe someone in the forum can tell us ?

Tried this and no improvement. The status bar for the video stops after a few seconds and does not move.
