flash menus not working in firefox or safari can't click what to do?

hey all
I have bin having a problem when I get a website that has a flash menu like facebook when you try to record from your isite a little window pops up and says allow or deny I can't click this window I also can't download tweet deck because it has the same little window I would post pics but have no idea how

I have tried reinstalling flash and just don't know what to do
