Flash player install freezes

Hello, somehow I screwed my adobe flash player. Try to install new one - and system install freeze permanently at 0%. Download flash uninstaller and uninstall program. Then Try clean installation - same problem - freeze.

What Mac OS X version do you use?

Does it also happen in another, even temporarily created, user account?
