Flash Player plug in crash

On websites like chatroulette I have flash player plug in crashes. I have updated the flash player and I does it on both safari and firefox. I dont know what to do?

I use Chrome which has flash built in. Then I disable it with flashblock AND click to play. Web sites that require flash... I tend to avoid.

Maybe try using Google Chrome instead? I only use Google Chrome nowadays, because it loads much faster and it almost never crashes. The flash player might also crash because of internet problems, like if the internet connection isn't fast enough hmm
