Flash plug-in causing Safari to crash

The Flash plug-in for Safari keeps causing it to crash. It mainly happens when I go to eBay, Photobucket, or other sites with a lot of Flash banner ads. I get the error below, and the browser then freezes and crashes. It's kind of starting to get annoying, and has already caused me to lose unsaved work. Does anyone know how to stop this?

I get this a lot too.

I've never been bothered enough to work out what is causing it though - as it happens rarely. But I'd rather have it fixed though.
