I work for a company that publishes browser-based Flash games. I'd like to make the switch from Windows to Mac, but one thing I MUST be able to do is test how our games under Windows. The Flash plug-in's behavior and performance just isn't consistent between Windows and Mac. I'd like to run Windows virtual machines using Parallels or VMware to test our games' performance under various windows browsers and Flash Player versions.

For those of you running Windows VM's on your Mac, how well do Flash games play under a Windows VM? Is the speed and experience consistent with what you'd see when running windows naively? Any issues? Is it reasonable to think that testing under a Windows VM on a mac will give me the same results as testing on a native Windows machine?

Also, does Parallels or VMware seem to handle Flash content better?
