is it now safe to download flash cause i just got a new macbook pro a few weeks ago and i've been wanting to download flash but on there website it said they were having problems wit lion

They were misinformed. Flash runs fine on Lion.

It still sucks. My fans go crazy when I'm watching Flash video and I have 10.3.183.5. I thought someone else with 10.2 said it was running cooler for them?
