Flash Site advice

Building my site using flash/as3. I have a page on my site labeled as 'media' where I would like to get my video podcast work up. I am a little unsure on a good way to lay it out other than just a straight link to download it from apple. Can I embed the actual podcast videos to the page or is there a better way??

keep in mind i am a complete rookie with my scripting and fla skills still :rolleyes:
