Flash to .AVI for Mac

I need some freeware/shareware/cheapware that runs on OSX and can convert Flash animations to .AVI files, so my company can run them on a big LCD display system. So far the only apps I've found have been Windows-only, and our design team is Mac-only.

Recommendations?

check out isquint. looks like you need the pay version for direct conversion to avi, but i use the free one to go from .flv to .mp4 video.
