Flash video flickering in Chrome

Basically, I've tried reinstalling both Chrome and Flash, and neither have helped to fix this problem. Every 15 seconds or so the video flickers, it's the same for other websites that use flash video also.

Any help would be much appreciated.

I'm getting the same. Not sure why either.

The only solution I've heard is to downgrade to the previous version of Flash. However that's proving difficult as Chrome comes with Flash integrated, so I can't just reinstall Flash as usual.
