Flashback Trojan: how do we find out if our MBP is infected?
I know there are threads but they go all over the place. This is a simple question.

just put the commands on that post into terminal, and pray you get an error saying the files don't exist

second edit: I've also read that if you use a different browser, replace safari with the name of the browser you regularly use.
