I have an iPod 4G Touch (I think).
My ex jailbroke it, but I don't know what program he used.
I unknowingly pulled in a General Update. It rebooted and now is stuck at the flashing apple demanding I plug into iTunes and lose all of my music, books, apps, and photos.
I've tried holding the power and home buttons as well as the volume up arrow fixes I found on YouTube.
Is there a supertechie out there who can help me go back to before the General Update to when everything worked?
Thank you so much!

What exacty does the screen say, a screen with picture of usb connect to itunes (recovery mode) or a iOS welkom screen?

If it is the first, download TinyUmbrella, connect usb, open TinyUmbrella and hit 'Exit Recovery'
