flashing ati card for mac

Hi i am trying to flash an ati hd2600 pro with a mac bios i found on mac elite. But i cannot get atiflash to work it keeps saying bad command or file. I tried atiwinflash and it says vbios not found. I just cannot see where i am going wrong i have followed all the instructions nothing seems to be working.

stupid question are you trying to use the zipped files? if so that won't work also if the mac rom is slightly larger then the OEM rom it should work. but if its twice the size forget it it won't flash.
