Flashing Graphic Card ROM

Ok, heres a noodle scratcher. I have a ATI Radeon 7500 PCI card, for windows only. I need to use it with a mac, but I can't find the drivers to flash it with. The only 7500 for a mac was the AGP OEM card with 32 meg, so if anyone could point me in the right direction, I would thank thee.
