please forgive me i tried looking for a post to my problem but unable to find any
I am having a problem with my ipad pro 9.7 (2017) I cant recall the software version but it was the latest at the time I updated around 12 months ago. when I plug it to the mains via the charger all I get is the apple logo showing for about 2,3 seconds then going off. When I press power and home button after about 15 to 20 seconds I get the iTunes logo and image of charging cable.
I have connected it to 3 computers a MacBook pro, a surface pro and pavilion 2 in one laptop and nothing happens. The surface and the laptop where running iTunes when I connected the ipad. The mac doesn’t run iTunes the same now I have updated to mac os Catalina. When I have connected the ipad to these devices I have held the power and home button button nothing happens.
I am a loss now and don’t know what to do next.
