Flashing Pixels iTunes Movie Full Screen

I have the 15 inch MacBook Pro Retina (2.3 ghz i7) and have noticed that if I watch a TV show or Movie in full screen view on iTunes periodically I get some stuck pixels on the top left of the screen in the letterbox. It happens in the same location every time (see attached).... I have seen a couple of threads like this but have not heard of any fix... I am guessing this is software related... Let me know if anything can be done!
