Flashing Sapphire Ati X1950 Pro 256MB

I bought this card for cheap price (there was also x1950 XT, but i lost that auction and it sold for like $30) and i'd like to know if i can flash this for my Powermac G5 late 2005.

I see the X1950 Pro is underclocked. Is there a way to modify the clocks in the BIOS so it will not run at the x1900gt's higher speeds?
