Flashing World map when reboot

Guys,
When I start my imac it has started flashing a world map where the normal apple logo is for up to 3 minutes then it starts its normal restart.
Any ideas what that could be???

Network boot. Go to system prefs and go to startup disc. Select your hard drive with the OS installed.
