Flashlight indicator ON at Lock screen but light not on

iOS 16.0.3

Frequently the Flashlight indicator on the lockscreen will be on when I take out my phone or wake it up, but the flashlight isn't actually on. Then if I turn the flashlight on the indicator will stay on until I turn it off manually.

Annoying and odd.

Hopefully 16.1 fixes it but if no one else sees it, maybe not.
