Flat Panel TV for Dorm Room

So ive been looking for a small lcd hdtv for my room in college (the reason it has to be lcd is because my room is tiny!) so anyways i found this one on new egg: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16824160141

First off can anyone tell me if this is fine to buy, i really dont need this tv to be AMAZING just need it to work and last and show me somewhat hdresolution.

Second can any one else find me an lcd moniter (prefferable hdtv) thats under 300 bucks and 15" or over?
