flex 3 builder install help

Im trying to install flex 3 builder on leopard, but once i mount it and run the installer i get " The application FB3_Mac_Installer quit unexpectedly. If i try to relaunch it, it gives me the same. Is there something im missing. Leopard is fully updated. Thanks.
