Flickering cursor and self scrolling issues ? Anyone??

So I have been using almost the same setup for the past few months and this is the recent problem: I connect my MacBook Pro with an external monitor and using wireless keyboard and mouse with it. Yesterday my mouse started flickering and the web page I was viewing self - scrolling down to the bottom. I tried to scroll it up but it will just keep scrolling down. This lasted for around 30 seconds an everything back to normal. So what I did was I now change to a wired keyboard and mouse and test out what the problem is. Because this problem happens twice already.

Does anybody have similar issues as well?
