Flickering in app photos

I have a small doubt with some (mayorious) photos of my reel. When I'm in the gallery, if I open one and close it, it does like a small black blinking. The funny thing that if I make a record with the mobil doesn't come out. I have an iPhone pro 12 and version 14.2

I attach a video for you to see that I'm talking about. Do you happen to someone else?
