iPad Flickering iPad mini 7.0.4 jailbroken

Just after a few seconds after I unlocked it or open any apps, it will start to flicker. For each fast flickering I can see like as if somebody is control the iPad. It will randomly open any apps like play music then open you tube then go to App Store etc etc.

I tried to upgrade it but I am getting 3014 error. Editing hosts file did not help. I tried it on laptop and PC and still getting same error. Ilex rat crashes and can't help. I tried reset everything then I lost cydia icon. I tried disabling or turning off everything including wifi but same problem persist.

Need some big time help from you guys. Anything that will stop it from flickering is fine with me, including upgrade.

When I first tried to upgrade and got a 3014 error, it went to recovery mode. Then I tried to run upgrade again while it was on this mode but I still get this same error. I have to use tiny umbrella to get it out of recovery mode. Then i tried holding power for 3 seconds, plus home button for another 15 seconds, then release power while still holding home for another 10 seconds. Then it came back to that recovery mode where I can see iTunes and the data cord. When I started the upgrade, iTunes said that it detected an iPad in recovery mode.

Is there another way of doing it? Or what I did is what you mean by DFU?

EDIT: I was so disperate, I run the evasi0n jailbreak again. I has a warning but I run it any way and it went thru just fine. I am still observing it but the problem seems to be gone but cydia is still nowhere to be found. I rebooted it again but no cydia still.

Is there a way to reinstall cydia by itself?
