Flickering

Hi.
Im writing here because i always liked the site, and hope to get some help or advice.

Im not exactly bathing i money here, and my Imac 27, Quad core from December 2009, has begun Flickering.
It comes and goes, sometimes the screen just changes "color" not blue to yellow, just a tone, and then back after a while.

Is this likely to be hardware related or software related ??

i think its software, wait for lion as it will have updated graphic drivers and all

what do you have your brigthness set to?

and how much ram does your comptuer have?
