Wondering if others have the same problem. I fly a lot, and my experience with flight information from Spotlight is somewhat mixed.

Sometimes flight information in spotlight (the search) is available, and sometimes it's not. For example, if I type KL566, Spotlight will show a section "Flights" and if I tap it, I can track it. But the next day, it's entirely missing.

I think I may have narrowed it down to, ironically, location. In some parts of the world, it's not available — in others it is. Makes no sense of course, especially for a feature that it supposed to support travel.

Can others confirm this? It seems it's largely unavailable in Africa. I am now in Europe, and suddenly it works again.

Also, I noticed that iOS is still not perfect recognising and hyperlinking all flights form all airlines in for example iMessage. It does KLM very well, but it doesn't do Kenya Airways, for example.

I'll be honest I completely forgot this was even a feature. I would always go to the airline/airport website or app as first port of call anyway for this sort of thing.
