Flip flop a clip with another in iMovie?

How do I flip flop a clip with another in iMovie? In my attachment the highlighted segment needs to come before the other clip but for some reason it won't allow me to move it around. I can select it but If I drag it nothing happens :/ Its really stumping me...

Are you trying to move in within a Project, or in the Event Library? You can only move it in a Project.

Within the project. THe clips are out of order it wouldn't make sense. Even if I import them in order they still go out of order how can something so simple not be obvious?

The screenshot you posted shows the clips in the event library portion of the iMovie interface. Try first dragging them to the area that says "drag clips here to start your project."

I couldn't see your screenshot last night, for some reason. Your clips are in the Event Library.
