Flip4Mac Help Needed

Great Forum, hate for my first post to be one of needing help but I need it.

I am working with Flip4Mac pro on my G4 and every export out of FinalCut to the WMV format yields a horrible render that washes out to green gradually over the span of the clip. Any suggestions or tutorials for proper settings?
