Flip4Mac Settings (WMVHD)

Maybe this is a better place...

Does anybody know the settings to use for Flip4Mac in order to convert HD content into HD .wmv content? For some reason, it only encodes the first 13 seconds or so of the video, and then it says complete, but its not done... Any luck out there with this? What settings do you use?
