I currently have an iPhone. If I got another AT&T phone, could I just switch the SIM card between them if I want to use one over the other? If my SIM card is in the non-iPhone cell, can I still use the web browser on the other phone under my data plan?

Thanks!

I sold my iPhone 2G to help fund the 3G version. I've been using my O2 sim card in an HTC S710 for the past few weeks and haven't been billed over the norm for any extra usage.

I imagine it's a similar story with AT&T; can't see how they'd check - unless the IMEI is registered with them.

yes it will work in another phone. Yes you can use the data plan with the other phone. I have done it in the past. I am not sure what would happen if the other phone is a blackberry but they probably won't charge you.
