Flush Fitting USB 2 card for Powerbook (uk)?

Hi,

Does anybody know if it is possible to get a (neat) usb 2 card upgrade in the uk, or elsewhere in europe? Something like the following cards would be perfect:

usbgear USBG2UE http://www.usbgear.com/USBG2UE.html
(based on an o'tolink card)

Apricorn EZ USB 2 Apricorn EZ USB 2

Every card I have seen has external ports which stick out. These dongle things seem like a much neater idea.
