flusterated with new mac, need IM app ?

i just got a new retina mbp today

but since the last few hours I'm trying to find an all-in-one instant messaging app where i can log in to GTalk, Windows Live, two Facebook accounts simultaneously like i do with 'IMO' on my iPad.
there are a few web based apps but i need a real app.

does such app exists for mac?
name the best one? (preferably free but ill pay if its real good)

I've set contacts log in/log off notifications off but can i set up a few contacts of only whom i would get log in out notifications?
