Flux - series 9 vs 10

I like the new Flux watch face on my series 9, but when I saw it on a series 10, the moving line over the outline when the phone is not raised looks really weird. Is there a way to disable the every-second refresh on the series 10 to match the look of the series 9 when my wrist is lowered?

Hate to bump my thread and it is fine if the answer is no, but can someone with a series 10 take a look through the settings and see if there is anything between AOD off and AOD refreshes every second? Just want the old AOD minute refresh of the series 9 and below.

Couldn't find anything obvious to turn it off in display settings or in the watch face itself.
